Shintaro Yamada

Shintaro is a Partner at Lucas & Mercanti and has extensive experience in a variety of technical areas, including organic and inorganic matters.

His experience in Japan includes several years of representing multinational corporations before the Japanese Patent Office. Fluent in both English and Japanese, Shintaro's knowledge of Japanese and American patent law and his language skills are particularly beneficial to Japanese companies filing patent applications in the U.S. and to American companies seeking patents in Japan.
