Elizabeth Lee D'Amore's practice focuses on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the biological, chemical, pharmaceutical, biochemical and biotechnological arts as well as portfolio development and management, for businesses both small and large. Elizabeth's trademark practice includes prosecution of both domestic and foreign trademark applications, counseling, licensing and registration before the U.S. and foreign trademark offices.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and Korean, Elizabeth frequently works with the in-house counsel and business executives of Lucas & Mercanti’s many clients that are based outside of the U.S., helping to prepare and prosecute their U.S. and foreign patent applications.

Prior to joining Lucas & Mercanti, Ms. Lee D'Amore held an in-house position, assisting in all aspects of pretrial and trial preparation work and gaining experience in transactional law.
